This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any return request submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You are eligible for a return or refund if the item received is damaged, defective, or has manufacturing or quality issues.
Wrong Product

You must notify us of your intention to return a product within 30 days of receiving the item.
3. Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide the return address and return shipping instructions, including a return shipping label when applicable.
4. Conditions for Returns

Items must not show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer and typically takes 7–15 business days.

No additional handling fees will be charged for returns.
If the return is due to an issue on our end (such as defective products, incorrect items, or quality problems), we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
If the return is initiated by the buyer for personal reasons (such as personal preference, ordering the wrong item, color, or size), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional Customer Responsibility for Fees
If any return shipping fees, failed delivery charges, customs fees, storage fees, or other additional costs are incurred due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Failure to receive or collect the package
Refusal of delivery
Failure to complete customs clearance
Requesting return after shipment for personal reasons
All such resulting costs will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please indicate your request when contacting customer support. We will guide you through the exchange process.
There are no additional handling fees for exchanges. Shipping arrangements will be confirmed during the exchange process.

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
